This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running and be part of a friendly, fast-paced team.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Telephone handling for the team.Preparation of monthly billing.Managing client file maintenance for the team.Coordinating outgoing mail.Assisting Partner with general practice management.Maintaining Partner/lawyers' contacts in our firm CRM InterAction, including assisting with list management on their behalf for events and communications.Drafting of documentation as required.Other ad-hoc administration duties as required.About you:We would like to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:A minimum of one year of legal assistant experience in an insurance practice.Experience in private practice is desirable.We will also consider applications from law students who are studying part-time and are able to commit to a full-time position.Highly organised.A team player.Excellent communication skills.Experience in using legal billing system and client management program (e.g.
Aderant would be desirable but not required).Experience in using document management system (e.g.
