About Certex Lifting.
Certex Lifting supplies lifting equipment, steel wire rope, height safety and other lifting products with connected services.
The group previously traded under five brands; Elevate Lifting & Rigging, Lifting Victoria, On Call Lifting, The Rigging Shed and Schillings Hoisting Equipment.
With over 130 employees spread across ten sites, Certex Lifting is one of Australia's largest lifting equipment and service companies.
Main Responsibilities
Managing sales enquiries within the branch, via email, phone and counter sales.
Quoting, processing of customer orders, raising purchase requisitions.
Ensuring customer enquiries are actioned in a timely manner.
Building strong relationships with both customers & suppliers.
The Role
Focuses on assisting existing and new customers with product sales and associated services.
This is a customer service-based role so excellent communication and time management skills are required.
Solution focused role so strong problem solving skills required.
An interest in the safety industry (desirable).
The Requirements (Desirable)
Customer Service Experience.
Experience in lifting, rigging, and/or height safety industries, or other heavy industry requiring these products and services.
A current driver's license.
Computer experience specifically Microsoft Suite.
Enthusiastic applicants with no experience but who possess an excellent work ethic and looking for a new career are also encouraged to apply.
Training will be provided.
