About the role
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join a high-performing team supporting the delivery of a new web build and migration project for a major bank.
The RTE will coordinate work across multiple teams, ensuring seamless delivery of epics related to the bank's "My Cards" platform, a rebranding initiative for Citi Cards.

This role involves managing cross-domain dependencies, facilitating collaboration, and overseeing delivery milestones, including penetration testing, accessibility compliance, and migration to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud.

Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership:
Oversee the delivery of epics across squads as part of the "My Cards" (project edgy) web build project.
Facilitate team collaboration to deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that allows customers to compare card features and identify the best fit for their needs.
Coordinate migration to Adobe Cloud Services, uplifting onto the AEM Cloud platform.
Cross-Domain Coordination:
Engage with multiple areas of the bank to align on dependencies and manage delivery across domains.
Ensure timely delivery of penetration testing and accessibility requirements.
Team Orchestration:
Work closely with Scrum Masters, while operating at a higher strategic level to guide multi-squad initiatives.
Act as a facilitator for communication between squads, ensuring workstreams align and progress smoothly.
Problem Solving & Leadership:
Identify and address bottlenecks across teams, ensuring delivery targets are met.
Lead demand management across squads and domains, ensuring effective resource utilization.
Required Skills:
Generalist PM Background:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or RTE in web-focused projects.
Strong people management and facilitation skills to guide cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience leading large-scale, multi-squad deliveries across domains.
Skilled in working with diverse teams, including external vendors and internal engineers.
Web Development Expertise:
Background in delivering web projects (experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus, but not essential).
Familiarity with enterprise-scale accessibility and penetration testing processes.
Familiarity with AEM or equivalent enterprise CMS platforms.
Technical Leadership:
Ability to manage dependencies in complex technical environments, especially cloud migrations.
Comfortable with legacy systems and cross-team orchestration.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
