Hybrid role with a vibrant team culture where we embrace pace, encourage new ideas & leadership Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical projects across our Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe brands.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects that will have a significant impact on our business.

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of multiple IT projects, from inception to completion.
Scope and Planning: Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, manage project teams, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure.
Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and deliver exceptional results.
What We Are Looking For
Proven track record in delivering successful IT projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Specific experience managing project delivery of online shopping websites.
Ability to juggle multiple smaller projects concurrently and prioritise resources.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, O365, MS Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
