As an employer, this business offers flexible work conditions, employee benefit programs, as well as training and development initiatives.About Your New RoleWith a reporting line into the payroll manager and a dotted line into the IT function, the Payroll System Specialist will support a suite of enterprise-level payroll systems to ensure ongoing reliability and performance to support a large workforce.Other responsibilities include:Supporting the rollout of new systems as well as UAT TestingPerforming maintenance and customisations on systems such as SAP ECP, Kronos, Spinifex, etc.Troubleshooting any issues that are raised by the users of the systemCreating and modifying relevant documentation when requiredAbility to go into the backend of the payroll system and troubleshoot accordingly to determine the cause of the issues at handLiaising with both parties to ensure positive outcomesCreating reports in accordance with the system performanceAbout YouIdeally, you will need to come from a payroll background and have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactorsTertiary qualifications in either IT or FinanceVery strong understanding and relevant experience within the IT spaceYou will need to have a high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to be self-managed and take ownership as requiredEnjoys the technical aspect and being able to work in a hybrid positionHighly proficient with SAP ECP, Kronos, MS Excel, and SpinifexPlease note that we are unable to consider applicants who are not Australian Citizens or Permanent residents for this role.What's in it for you?A flexible working arrangement, 3 days onsite / 2 days WFHOnsite parking providedAn amazing culture and work environmentEndless opportunities for career growthA great Western Sydney locationSound interesting and feeling up to the challenge?
