Whilst we are a not-for-profit organisation with a strong dedication to helping people find work, we operate in a highly competitive market and as such, aiming to exceed required targets is vital for all our employees.Based at our Morisset site, your role will be working with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them to overcome barriers to employment and successfully transition into the workforce.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume caseload of job seekersActively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employersClearly identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job readyProvide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforceApply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomesThis is a fixed-term, part-time position working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm until December 2025.
