What You'll Do: Guide clients in purchasing new and used caravans, creating an exceptional buying experience.Build and nurture long-term relationships with our customers.Stay up-to-date on the latest caravan trends, features, and options.Effectively manage leads and opportunities through our CRM to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.Support clients throughout every stage of their purchasing journey.Assist with caravan consignment stock, shows, and special sales events.Prepare caravans for sale and maintain professional presentation standards.What We're Looking For: Sales experience, ideally in caravans, automotive, or a related industry.A proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs with a customer-first approach.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships.A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to succeed.Tech-savvy skills to navigate CRM systems and other software.Why Join Adelaide RV?
