We offer a fast-paced and fun working environment, where any ambitious Sales professional will thrive.This position reports to the Area Director of Sales.Core requirements of your rolePlay an active role in supporting Business Development Managers to respond to Corporate and MICE RFPs, including collating tender information and the sending off of documents through various tender portals.Invoicing administration including processing purchase requisitions and maintaining a purchase requisition log.Attend and actively participate in various Sales meetings, including secretarial duties such as minute taking and distribution.Assist the Sales Team to develop, maintain and enhance existing client relationships.Support and at times, independently conduct site inspections and hotel familiarisations as required.Thorough day-to-day management and filtering of incoming and outgoing communication channels, such as calls and emails to ensure all requests are flagged, prioritised and responded to accordingly.Ad hoc reporting duties to enhance overall Sales tracking and oversight for the benefit and use of the wider Sales Team.About youWe seek a motivated team player who:Is ambitious and ready to move to the next level in the Sales industry.Has an edge for innovation and shows initiative across a broad range of tasks.Has proven experience working in a Sales or Events Department, preferably in a hospitality or tourism organisation.Thrives when working in line with Sales targets and broader business goals.Loves a challenge and wants to make a widescale impact in the South Australian hospitality industry.Can be flexible with their availability and is able to work at times that may stray from standard business hours, as required.Has Delphi & Opera knowledge (desirable).Holds full and unrestricted Australian working rights.Culture and BenefitsDiscounted meals and non-alcoholic beverages.Supplied meals during allocated rostered shifts.Discounted dry cleaning allowance.Career growth opportunities.Discounted onsite car parking.Rewarding work environment with a dedicated Leadership Team.How to ApplyIf you have the experience, we'll give you the opportunity.
