We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Product to join our Data Intelligence Camp.
This camp's mission is to improve the quality, discoverability and accessibility of data to the broader product group at Culture Amp, ultimately delivering customer value from our data strategy.In this role, you will work within a cross-functional leadership team to take ownership of strategy execution and the roadmap, ensuring our teams are enabled to effectively use data.What you'll spend time doing:Drive, evolve, and shepherd the execution of our data strategy to ensure whole of business alignment.Mentor a small team of Product Managers to hone their craft and level up their capabilities.Collaborate across all camps including with the Data Intelligence leadership team (Engineering, Design, and Data Science leaders) to refine and deliver an aligned data strategy.Partner with your product peers across the function to influence and enable the effective use of data.Formulate goals and ways of working that promote cross-product collaboration and deliver ambitious product outcomes.Collaborate with top-notch Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and People Scientists.Communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, including highly technical domain specialists and non-technical colleagues.What you'll potentially bring to the table:Significant expertise in Product Management leadership roles.Expertise in data-specific product challenges.Comfort with ambiguity and the desire to own and drive clarity.Structured thinking that ties strategic outcomes to day-to-day operations.The ability to translate broader strategy into pragmatic priorities.A strong toolkit of product management frameworks for prioritization and documentation.The ability to apply consistent product development processes that set teams up for success.The ability to communicate complex topics in simple formats.The ability to collaborate with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders.A drive to build and foster highly-effective teams.Willingness to collaborate with our European product team.Curiosity and passion for people and culture.We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success.
