In operation since 1988, our client is proud to be a quality Australian owned business, who has grown substantially over the years and now has operations in NSW, VIC and the ACT.
They are passionate about the quality of their work and with on-site manufacturing facilities, they can proudly deliver outstanding bespoke joinery projects throughout these regions.
A newly created role is now available for a highly experienced Joinery Project Manager, who has a strong background running Commercial Joinery Projects.
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, execution and completion of specific projects, ranging from $150K to $2 million plus, ensuring consistency with the company's strategy, commitments and goals.
It is envisaged you will be a commercially astute self-starter, who excels in being able to communicate with the client and goes above and beyond to keep them informed and deliver a standout experience that sets them apart from their competitors.

Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee all aspects of project management, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
Team Management: Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors, project coordinators, site install teams, factory managers and the drafting team.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all joinery work meets our exacting standards and client specifications.
Management Reporting: Provide formal project review reports, including variations, progress claims, labour and materials.
Problem Solving: Address any challenges proactively, keeping projects on track.
Compliance: Check quote and scope of works before proceeding, ensuring accuracy prior to proceeding.
Quality & Safety: Adhere to HSEQ regulations throughout all phases of the project.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience managing high-end residential joinery or construction projects.
Strong understanding of joinery design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Keen eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
Relevant trade qualifications in Shopfitting, Cabinet Making OR Joinery.
Ability to deliver results and set your own and the team's goals.
MUST reside in Australia and have full Australian working rights.
