Our team is growing; we are currently recruiting for a Digital Designer, Intermediate to join our team in our Santiago office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and animation and a passion for bringing static designs to life through motion graphics, 2D / 3D animations, video, and interactive content.
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content and animations that will enhance the user experience, elevate our brand, and communicate complex ideas in a visually compelling way:
You will support us : Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including interactive website content, website banners, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.Develop and produce high-quality animations, video, and motion graphics for digital media.Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to conceptualize, create and execute digital projects.Create storyboards, visual concepts, and animation prototypes.Ensure all digital assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design and animation quality.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.Proven experience as a Digital or Animation Designer or similar role.3-4 years of experience.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Animate, and Cinema 4D.Strong portfolio showcasing creative, cutting-edge digital design and animation work.Excellent understanding of design principles, animation principles, timing, and storytelling.Knowledge of 3D animation, modeling, and HTML / CSS is a plus.Skills : Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.Ability to take feedback and iterate designs accordingly.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.Why Ausenco?
