If you're passionate about finance, property, or investing, then we are the company you need to join.About your new RoleAs part of the Lending team, you will be helping to source and manage new commercial property including:Developing relationships with developers, brokers, valuers, and other external sources.Helping recommend service providers for lending and providing relevant submissions to the Chief Risk Officer.Negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing of facilities with Borrowers.Reviewing loan submissions for presentation to the Lending Committee.Managing loans from approval to settlement, construction drawdowns, and then repayment including dealing with & instructing all professionals e.g.
