In this role, you'll manage client accounts with precision, resolve billing inquiries efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management.

If you thrive in a detail-oriented environment and value accuracy, consistency, and building strong client relationships, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that values excellence and collaboration.Job DescriptionMonitor account activity to spot discrepancies and resolve billing or payment issues.Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries about billing, invoices, and account statements.Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular and personalised communication.Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions and support.Resolve client issues with empathy and ensure a high level of customer service.Work closely with internal teams to carry out all of the above.Skills and AttributesDemonstrated experience in accounts administration, customer service, or a similar field.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with others.High functional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.Mandatory RequirementsCurrent federal police clearance (issued within the last 12 months).Valid Australian work rights (e.g., passport, birth certificate).Unlock Your Potential with Trilogy CareJoin a purpose-driven team to build a Trilogy Care legacy that values Choice, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, Innovation, and Wellbeing.
