We have a strong sense of corporate social responsibility, standing behind our product and the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, contractors, and suppliers.Due to an internal promotion, our finance team is looking for an Accounts Officer to become a key player in our Springwood office, where flexible working options are readily available.
We have also recently transitioned to a state-of-the-art invoice scanning and workflow AP software, therefore no more processing invoicesThere is opportunity for career progression with the possibility to move into a team leader role.
The candidate will have a proven track record in a high volume, fast-paced business, who wants to be part of the team.Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:Ensuring invoice workflow is operating smoothly and following up on unapproved invoices,Supplier reconciliations and creditor statements,Weekly, bi-monthly and monthly payments,Setup new suppliers and subcontractors,Focus on cost overrun invoices,Liaising with creditors, construction supervisors, and managers regarding account/invoice queries and problem-solving,Assisting with general duties and playing an active role in process improvements.The successful applicant has:Demonstrated success within a similar high volume accounts payable role,Excellent time management and prioritisation skills,Attention to detail and ability to resolve accounts payable related issues,A can-do attitude,Self-motivated and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy,Ability to work proficiently in a team,Experience in using a large ERP such as Dynamics AX, SAP, or Oracle and invoice scanning systems.Our Culture & Benefits:Our team members enjoy a flexible, stable, and rewarding work environment within our award-winning business.
