Finance Systems Transformation Project

NSW Based roles - open to Eastern Seaboard for highly skilled applicants
The Senior Finance Manager - PMO Lead exists to lead the day-to-day stakeholder engagement, finance transformation and project management to ensure the successful delivery of key projects.
In this role, you will be reporting to and supporting the Program Delivery Lead for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project.
What you'll do:
Prepare and take responsibility for project plans, including scope, schedule, resources and project deliverables
Lead cross-functional teams in order to successfully deliver projects on time and according to the quality requirements
Ownership of scheduling, Risk Management and budgeting
Monitor and control each phase and steps of project implementation
Identify and report project issues and project risks to the relevant individuals
Find solutions to mitigate and/or minimise project risks and other issues
Prepare and deliver project management deliverables, such as meeting minutes, reports etc to the appropriate steering committees
What you'll bring:
Experience in a multi-brand and/or large complex organisation
A strong track record in delivering quality outcomes
Demonstrated experience in innovative technology
Retail experience will be highly regarded
Expertise in design, implementation and optimisation of ICT and/or business processes, organisations and systems
Relevant formal qualifications and certifications, or working towards same eg Cert IV, PMBOK, PRINCE, AGILE
