You'll lead a talented team, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure seamless operations across our global business units.What's RequiredThe ideal candidate will have proven experience leading application transformation programs and managing vendors to meet set strategic goals while introducing best-in-class engineering practices. In addition, this person will have:Proven experience deploying and supporting EMR and PMS applications in healthcare.Demonstrated achievement in developing constructive relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflict, managing sensitivities, and providing incisive professional advice relied upon in wider organizational decision-making.Proven track record of uplifting a technology practice.Strong leadership skills to manage teams through complex environments and foster a high-performing culture.Knowledge of planning and managing processes, tools, and methods for monitoring and managing system and service performance.Proactive approach to exploring new technologies, languages, and SaaS platforms.Advanced technical planning skills, including defining short-, medium-, and long-term goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead cross-portfolio teams and work with diverse stakeholders.Financial management knowledge to monitor and manage technology services expenditure.Experience managing vendors and managing concurrent projects across multiple geographies.Please apply directly via the Apply for this job button.
