Job Description PermanentSydney location preferredHow will I help?As the Technical Business Analyst, you will provide technical business analyst capabilities within the Records Management initiative, which is a multi-year initiative with several streams (structured, unstructured and paper records categories) and 8 divisional project teams.
The objective of the program is to roll out technology solutions and uplift the capability to ensure ongoing and sustainable compliance with the Records Management policy.You will also provide data analysis to align different measures, understand trends and advise on potential efficiencies between and within the divisional programs.What do I need?Proven experience working on large scale technology programs driving out technical requirementsExperience in liaising with multiple and diverse stakeholders across different business divisionsStrong data analysis skillsProven experience working in large and complex organisation in the financial services industryHighly developed analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience in building effective relationshipsDriven to deliver:proven ability to deliver the best possible outcomesshows determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purposeDemonstrable skills in stakeholder engagement and communicationsHow do I apply?Start here.
