Digital Marketing Executive

If you want variety in a role and have confidence in your ability to manage all manner of digital channels then this is a great role for you. You'll take ownership for paid search, SEO, social media, email, and site management. It may sound a lot on paper but the company is realistic about the time that can be committed to each channel and none of these are in high volume or with huge budgets. This role is a jack of all for digital. You'll have a few essential must-haves like weekly social media posting, monthly emails, and monthly site reporting, but how you allocate your time across the channels is ultimately of your own choosing.The business operates a responsible culture where you'll have autonomy whilst being supported in what you do. They also have a great working environment with multiple wellbeing initiatives and are highly rated on Glassdoor with a great retention rate for employees. They can also offer flexible hours and part-time for the right candidate.About You:Experienced in multiple digital marketing channels with knowledge of Google Ads and an understanding of SEO, social media, and email marketing.Comfortable working independently and with autonomy for own output.Creative awareness ideally with experience using Canva or Adobe Creative tools.What You'll Be Doing:Creating digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.Posting across social channels on a weekly basis.Monitoring and reviewing paid search and SEO performance using Google Analytics and making campaign changes in Google Ads.Sending 2-3 email campaigns per month through Mailchimp.Creating graphics for use in social posts, company literature, and merchandise.Identifying new opportunities for marketing and digital to grow awareness and engagement.Where You'll Be Based:The company offers flexible working with 2-3 days per week being based in the head office. They can also consider part-time applicants.
