We'll provide you all the necessary training and tools to answer inbound calls and process account requests, while you use your customer service excellence to provide the exceptional level of service RemServ customers have come to expect. Also offering the opportunity to learn and develop skills in the specialist and salary packaging novated lease world.Who are you?You're flexible and resilient, eager to learn new skills and regularly shift between phone and specialist administration activities.You're a friendly, empathetic and self-aware team player who commits to being in the right place at the right time to support your team and ensure timely service for our customers.You're adherent to the process, but also raise opportunities for resource, system and process improvement.You take ownership of your development, are open to feedback and seek out opportunities to continuously improve.You have experience working in a team environment and autonomously.Your skills and experienceRecent experience in salary packaging and/or novated leasing.Great literacy, numeracy and computer skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated attention to detail and compliance with legislative, regulatory and employer policy requirements.Your role will include:Building and maintaining external and internal stakeholder engagement and relationships.Maintaining specialist/Salary packaging novated lease queue volumes including hotlines and external phone lines.Action and maintain related external/internal reports as necessary within required timeframes.Adhere to personal and employer KPI's.Maintain and update records of every customer transaction including details of comments, enquiries, complaints, and actions taken via call notes in the company's systems.Extra duties as required.Assist with general office administration tasks as required.What we can offer you:Novated leasing benefits and discounts12 weeks paid parental leave and access to our Parents Portal.Comprehensive learning and development opportunities to support your career growth.Sonder digital wellbeing platform, providing personalised support 24/7, plus annual flu vaccinations.Default Income Protection Insurance reimbursed for members of the MMS Default Super Fund.Exempt Employee Share Plan.As an employer who embraces Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, we hold a collective commitment to foster an environment where all differences are valued and respected.
