ABOUT THIS ROLE In this role you will:
Direct customers tipping onsite, maintain and encourage positive communication Identify and recycle materials wherever possible Compact / roll waste using a Drott / tracked loader Load B-Doubles via transfer station tunnel using a Front End loader and Excavator General housekeeping and paperwork You will be working with a safe and reliable fleet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operate a variety of plant machinery including:
Excavators, Front End Loaders, Drott Site labouring duties Oversee waste disposal activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with environmental regulations Participate in regular site inspections to monitor conditions and address any potential risk Contribute to the implementation of waste management and recycling programs Ensure company safety procedures and policies are adhered to Carry out Pre-starts & routine maintenance on machinery - report defects when identified Complete paperwork accurately and neatly Be available to work overtime plus weekends/public holidays ABOUT YOU Experience and tickets for operating mobile plant equipment preferred (FEL, Excavator, Drott).
We would consider providing training and tickets for the right candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn.
MC Licence preferred but not essential.
Great customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in waste operations or transfer station operations – highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proven safety record and adherence to safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
