What we look for A passion for caring for othersAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamRespect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientationHold a qualification (certificate 3) in aged care, or be willing to do soTo work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply and NDIS worker screening clearance, flu vaccinations, and certification proof.
