What You'll Do:
Lead Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently Partner with Product Owners to align priorities with strategic goals Facilitate workshops, define requirements, and write user stories Drive continuous improvement with a lean and innovative approach Build strong stakeholder relationships while managing risks and financials
What You Bring:
4+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments Expertise in CRM and a proven track record in project delivery Analytical skills to transform challenges into opportunities A talent for mentoring, coaching, and uplifting teams
