Early Start Australia is a national multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation.
We are committed to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to provide the best start for each child to reach their full potential. As the Quality and Compliance Lead: You will be an integral part of the Early Start Australia team to maintain compliance and promote best practices.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting operational compliance of all our well-established core quality, compliance and safeguarding systems.
This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth
You will also be responsible for:
Auditing: Lead and implement internal auditing practices,Document Management: Promote and implement effective record management policies and procedures.Risk and Compliance: Report on strategic, business and crisis risk for the executive team,Complaints & Incidents: Manage and co-ordinate incoming complaints and incidents and maintain relevant resources.Improvement: Work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve certification.About you: Strong understanding of quality frameworks and standards, specifically around the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and/or ISO 9001.Great attention to detail.Experience in Disability or family services.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence and problem solve.Strong stakeholder management experience.What we can offer you: Early Start Australia is a national organisation which can provide job security at a time of significant growth, and access to some of the best brains across Australia.
