Position Overview: Full time, 76 hours per fortnight located in Perth.Salary: $53.84 p/hr + superWorking Monday to Friday.

About HOPE: HOPE has been a provider of community services in Western Australia for over 120 years, offering support in areas such as alcohol and other drugs, mental health, justice, and family and domestic violence.
About the Opportunity: The purpose of the Team Leader is to oversee the data and quality team, monitor quality compliance and evaluation against KPIs, reporting, data, and standards for the organisation.
This role includes overseeing the quality of client work and data in consultation with the Manager of Quality and Risk, writing funder reports in collaboration with Managers, and working with stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Implement the HOPE audit schedule. Provide progress reports to referring agencies, practitioners, and funding bodies. Support services with the review, capture, and evaluation of continuous improvement activities. Develop, implement, and maintain quality record management and document control systems in line with HOPE's policies and standards. Ensure the team collects and reviews data regularly to maintain accuracy and data integrity. Collaborate with the Governance and Risk Team Leader to ensure streamlined quality and risk information across areas of responsibility. Requirements: Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Commitment to culturally secure and competent practices. Experience in auditing and reporting on operational systems for a health or community services organisation. Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding of governance and quality assurance frameworks. Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures, and using evaluation and risk management tools. Service provision experience in the Alcohol and Other Drug, Mental Health, or Social Services sector. Understanding of challenges faced by people in regional Australia. Additional Requirements: Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa, satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months), Working With Children card, Current C or A class driver's license, First Aid Certificate, and suitable work referees.
