WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work closely with the PMO Lead to oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities for the Digital Reimagination program.
Along with the other PMO coordinators, effectively manage and collaborate with the stream teams, business and other relevant stakeholders to establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.
Coordinate program communications with the Change and Communication Teams.
Provide guidance and support to Stream leads and teams.
Assist with DRI staff work assignments, workloads and work schedules, in a supporting capacity.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in delivering complex people focused Transformation programs/projects.
Experienced documentation specialist responsible for the professional administration of program documents.
Demonstrated knowledge of project methodology and successful evidence-based practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated consulting skills in liaising with staff at all levels to facilitate group discussions to achieve outcomes.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple stakeholder groups from diverse backgrounds.
