We are looking for a Manager to join the Workforce Advisory team in our Sydney office.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both local and national clients across a breadth of workforce-related projects.What's in it for you?We're making significant investments to build a team with the right resources.

Opportunity to broaden your network and experiences, embark on new and different career paths because every client project in People and Workforce differs in terms of geography, workforce issue, sector, and function.The Role:Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support on workforce strategy, organisation design, change management, and/or learning.Drive implementation of solutions, develop recommendations and reports, prepare client presentations.Lead and develop team members.Develop proposals and tender responses.Use your knowledge and experience in the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations.What we're looking forHere's our wish list, but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
We're interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go:Qualifications in human resources or other related discipline (highly desirable).Demonstrated experience working in change management leadership roles.Proven ability to build internal and external relationships with senior stakeholders.Strong leadership and client delivery experience.Experience working with ambiguity and ability to adapt to change.Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
