Underpinned by quality, craftsmanship and a strong sense of purpose, our exciting new partnership will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centres and more than 1500 Suntorians across Australia and New Zealand.
Our market-leading portfolio will have over 40 brands, including Jim Beam and Maker's Mark Bourbon, Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club Whisky, -196, V Energy, Maximus, and Suntory BOSS Coffee.
As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset.
Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.
The OpportunityReporting to the Director Planning & IBP, you will drive the continual development of our end-to-end IBP process, as well as our supply chain planning processes to embed best in class ways of working across Suntory Oceania.
You will act as a key business partner to the AU and NZ commercial, marketing, finance and supply chain teams as well as Suntory Global Spirits with the intent of instilling best practice IBP process, behaviors and tools.
What You'll Be Doing Help drive the continual development our supply chain planning process to embed best in class ways of working across Suntory OceaniaEnhance planning processes and metrics to create a performance mind-set whilst delivering exceptional service and cost improvementOwn the technology and system roadmap for the planning function.
Explore opportunities for digital transformation and automation to enhance supply chain processesDrive and champion IBP maturity across the full cycle of monthly meetings for Suntory Food and Beverage and Suntory Global SpiritsCollaborate with key stakeholders to develop and assist in the execution of the Integrated Business Planning processBuild capability within the function to deliver an engaged, high performing planning team aligned to the overall direction of Suntory OceaniaWhat's in your toolkit? Hands on experience with IBP and S&OP experience including setting up IBP processesExperience working on large scale transformation projectsAbility to use data to tell a story to both technical and non technical stakeholdersExperience as a thought leader being able to influence stakeholders at all levelsRelevant tertiary qualificationFMCG experience highly desirableA continuous improvement mindset to ensure we are best in classIf you're not an expert in all of these areas, don't worry
