A leading financial services organisation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Sales Manager to grow and support its Adviser/ Broker Network in Sydney.
This role focuses on recruiting brokers and providing them with access to an up and coming, competitive and award-winning aggregation platform.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in business development, coaching, and ensuring brokers maximise the benefits of the platform.
Key Responsibilities Recruit new brokers to join the aggregation platform and expand the adviser network.
Provide coaching and product support to brokers, ensuring effective use of the platform.
Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers to drive their business success.
Deliver exceptional client service and support to motivate brokers in achieving their objectives.
Ensure the seamless onboarding and training of new brokers on the aggregation platform.
Maintain a deep understanding of lending products, consumer lending legislation, and the aggregation process.
Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to broader organisational goals.
Successful Candidates Will Have Extensive knowledge of lending and the aggregation industry.
Proven experience in broker recruitment and onboarding advisors for an aggregator.
A strong understanding of consumer lending legislation.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
The ability to coach and support brokers in leveraging the platform effectively.
A proactive, results-driven approach to achieving growth objectives.
