The Club has over 50,000 members and provides an extensive range of business, social and recreational facilities including: multiple restaurants and bars, dedicated function and event spaces, Campbelltown Golf Course, Aquafit Health Fitness Wellbeing, Rydges Hotel and The CUBE Convention & Entertainment Centre.We are looking for a part-time front of house Receptionist to join our team of Reception and Door staff. Hours will vary according to the roster and will be between 15 to 25 hours per week.Seen first by our members and guests as they arrive at the Club, some of the tasks of the team include:Greeting and farewelling members and guests as they arrive and leaveAssisting members and guests with general enquiries, either over the phone or face to faceFielding calls for other areas within the organisationProcess new and renewed membership applicationsAssisting members and guests with ticket sales and enquiries for shows and functionsAll other enquiries and admin tasksThe successful candidate must have:A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, including face to face, over the phone and emailA high level of planning and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailThe ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising and managing tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels within the organisationResilience, with the ability to achieve and excel under pressureAble to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8.00am and midnightProficient in the use of Microsoft applicationsExperience within hospitality is not a requirement.
