Their core focus is to advocate for and unite the vision of their members, whilst supporting them to provide high-quality care and services.
About the RoleAs the Learning Strategy Consultant, this role will strategically deliver a business plan to the General Manager, Services and Sector Capacity regarding the structure and viability of new initiatives to support the organisation's learning and professional development offerings, with a particular focus on digital learning.
The Learning Strategy Consultant will also identify and nurture new opportunities to sustainably grow revenue streams.
About YouYou will be an experienced, results-driven professional with a strong focus on strategic development, particularly in the learning and digital space.
You will have exemplary written and verbal communication skills, as well as proven expertise in stakeholder management and engagement.
As an optimistic and collaborative team player, you will have the ability to understand complex subject matter and translate key information into clear, actionable plans that align with business goals.
Experience within a not-for-profit, membership, or learning-focused organisation is desirable but not essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:Provide specialist advice to the General Manager of Services and Sector Capacity on best practice learning, capability design, and development.Conduct internal and external market scans (including competitor analysis) of current learning opportunities and market gaps within the relevant sector.Assess current learning needs, including compliance training requirements for providers and workers, along with contemporary initiatives.Explore new digital learning opportunities and platforms, evaluating how they may support or enhance the sector's needs.Perform research, including best practice benchmarking, to understand industry trends and identify suitable digital learning opportunities aligned with strategic and operational goals.Develop a risk and costing analysis based on the insights gathered.Deliver a business case that outlines options to strengthen the organization's suite of learning products and services.
To be successful you will have:Relevant qualification(s) and/or extensive experience in business and the assessment of learning, at a senior level.Demonstrated knowledge, experience and understanding of the aged services sector and learning requirements, key reforms and challenges.Experience in developing strong business cases and revenue projections.Development, implementation and evaluation mechanisms across multiple experiences, formats and channels (including virtual platforms and eLearning).Critical thinking and experience in developing, implementing and monitoring strategic and operational plans.Working knowledge of agile methodologies or familiarity with working in an agile environment.High level of financial literacy, budgeting, research, reporting and evaluation skills.
