You will be the first and last person our members see in our facility.
About the Role
Working a 20 hour per week permanent roster: Saturday: 7:45am - 12:45pm, Monday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm, Tuesday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm, and Friday 4:00pm - 9:00pm.
The role will see you meet and greet customers, respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone calls, and face-to-face, as well as perform general administration tasks.
You will ensure all enquiries, bookings, and issues are managed accurately and support other departments when required.
The role will give you the opportunity to build strong customer experiences and lasting relationships with our members and guests.
About You
You are self-motivated and have a passion for customer satisfaction.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving.
Your superior customer service and admin skills, along with your ability to build rapport with people, will see you excel in this role
You will also come with the following:
Current CPR certificate Previous experience in an administration/customer service role (desirable) Commitment to Safeguarding
