We are seeking an Operations Administrator to provide administrative services to our Service & Engineering Team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Manage the Engineering Planner.
Support Timesheets for the Service Team.
Liaise with customers and suppliers.
Enter, monitor and maintain job data in the ERP & SharePoint.
Support procurement activities.
Support workflow of jobs.
Conduct Employee Inductions.

About You:
Strong administration, time management and prioritising skills.
Working knowledge of ERP system practices.
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
