Are you looking to join a friendly team with a great company?
The ideal Operations Administrator will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A customer service orientation is also essential, as the role often involves interacting with internal customers and suppliers.
What you will enjoy doing Provide administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitorsHandle office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organising files, drafting letters and scheduling meetingsMaintain databases and track important deadlinesPlan meetings and arrange conference calls, as well as manage calendars via email, phone and face-to-face meetingsAnswer emails with an appropriate greeting, salutation, signature, or standard closingArrange travel plans for managers and employees, including flights, car rentals, hotel accommodationInitiate contact with suppliers and neighbours by email, letter, or telephone to gain information, answer questions or provide information concerning projectsFollow up on issues until they are resolvedWhat makes you great Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to analyze dataEnjoy working in a team environmentAble to lead initiativesProficient with office equipmentQuick at learning new technologiesCommitment to safety is a mustWhy you will love working with us BOC is a Linde company.
