Recruitment Specialist - Global Pathways Mader Group is a global provider of maintenance in the mining, energy, and industrial sectors.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that celebrates success, fosters creativity, and thrives on collaboration.

Reporting to the Global Pathways Manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving the expansion of our operations across Australia, New Zealand, and North America through end-to-end recruitment of blue collar trades.
This role is based at our Perth HQ at the Perth Airport.
Working hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end recruitment of blue collar rolesCoordinate and implement new recruitment initiativesAdvertise on various platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, Mader Website, and more)Pro-actively find passive candidates through various platformsLiaise and support hiring managers through the selection processConduct face-to-face and video interviewsManage employment offers and onboarding processesCollaborate with marketing on recruitment campaignsPerform ad hoc administrative and reporting tasksSkills & Experience : Minimum 2+ years blue collar recruitment experiencePrior experience using PageUp is highly desiredAbility to build and maintain strong relationshipsStrong communication skills both written and verbalIf you're ready to take on a recruitment role with a company that values fun, growth, and success, then Mader Group is the place for you
