As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent. In this role, your ability to communicate confidently with senior business leaders, stay ahead in a fast-paced IT Consulting environment, and tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset will be key to your success. About the role: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented recruitersDrive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring we hire the best talentBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, focusing on IT and management consulting rolesCultivate lasting relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journeyManage job postings, review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviewsAssess candidates for their skills, experience, and cultural fit with FAIRRepresent FAIR Consulting Group with professionalism and integrity in every interactionAbout you: At least 6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in international recruitmentA solid understanding of IT and technology recruitment, ideally within software development or SAP consultingExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and advertising across multiple platformsThe ability to work independently, stay organised, and self-motivate in a dynamic environmentExperience in leading and mentoring recruitment teamsA passion for learning and adapting to new technologiesDesired Skills: Experience using online recruitment tools and candidate management systemsFamiliarity with the IT consulting or SAP industryOur Culture: What's most important at FAIR?
