The Opportunity… As an Express Group Recruitment & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development of our emerging and current franchisees to ensure long term, sustainable growth.
You will cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders and agency owners, building a reputation as a credible business leader and trusted advisor.
Working closely with the Group CEO and key head office team members both locally and in the United States, you will play a key role in supporting expansion initiatives for the brand.
A typical day as the Group Recruitment & Sales Manager will include: Coach, Mentor, and lead BDMs and corporate office Branch Manager Diagnose and identify areas of weakness and establish a plan of action to improve overall client count Spend time customer facing attending sales meetings with new and existing clients Provide ongoing support & mentoring to existing and future franchisees Work closely with the L&D department to deliver New Franchisee Training, and ongoing On the Job training as necessary Prepare budgets, forecast and other regular business & market reports for CEO & Board Ensure franchise owners and staff comply with relevant legislation Recommend changes to systems, processes or technologies to ensure continuous improvement & innovation Actively participate in recruitment and or franchising industry groups and forums Our Ideal Person… Above all else, to be a part of our team you must have people first ethos.
Besides this, we would also love you to have:
3 - 5 years' experience in regional management role (labour hire recruitment experience essential) Experience in a franchise environment (advantage) Demonstrated track record of achieving new and organic sales growth and improving profitability Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for all levels Superior training and coaching skills Strong problem solving, analytical and resolution skills High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales CRM Capable of working with a high degree of autonomy; self-motivated, strong work ethic Business or Marketing Degree (desirable) What's in it for you… Competitive Salary Comprehensive training in the States to get you up to speed A global leader with exceptional culture Part of a fun team with regular outings Succession plan to General Management for the right person Regular travel & events This position is a unique opportunity to join a world leader with grand growth aspirations in Australia and New Zealand.
