As a Centre lead, you will play an integral role in driving our four pillars within the TBTC channel and beyond.
Your success in this role is built on providing exceptional project leadership and guidance to high-performing teams and developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with the TBTC channel, Telstra, our vendors, and most importantly our customers.
About You 5 to 10 years of experience in a senior management roleExperience in team accountability of 15 to 25 people managing small and medium businesses, assisting customers over the phone, in person, and at customer premisesExperience utilizing CRM systems and sales-type systemsStrong sense of responsibility for the successful running of the centerExtensive capacity to drive hitting sales targets and growing revenue of all elements of sales and serviceWhen you join our team, you become part of a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone is respected, valued, and celebrated.
