As they continue their growth journey, they are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineer to take a lead role in design projects.
About the opportunity:Lead the development of innovative automation solutions, including concept design, CAD modeling, manufacturing drawings, prototyping, testing, validation, and transfer to production.Ideate and design complex electro-mechanical equipment, maintaining a priority for functionality, efficiency, and ergonomics.Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and suppliers to support both new product development and existing product range improvements.About you:Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Medical, Mechatronics), Industrial Design, or a related field.Substantial experience in product design engineering, ideally involving machines, small appliances, or materials handling.Proven experience designing automation products with electro-mechanical components.Proficiency in detailed part/component design, including tolerance stack-ups and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Proven history in delivering design projects from concept through to production.Strong critical thinking, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.Join as a vital part of a fast-growing company creating innovative solutions with a positive impact.
