Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing our online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing product listings, coordinating with cross-functional teams for campaign execution, customer service and analysing website performance to drive sales and improve conversion rates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour.
You should be adept at data analysis, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional online experiences.
Primary Purpose The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations and trading of the Australian and USA ecommerce sites.
This includes seasonal product uploads, site merchandising, content management, streamlining the customer journey to drive commercial growth across our digital platforms, and best in class customer service.
You are a proactive collaborator and problem solver with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, and have a passion for growth and digital development.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to Oversee daily operations of the Australian and USA ecommerce sites, including acuate stock management, site assets, product catalogue and assortment, pricing, promotions, prompt order processing with fulfilment teams and warehouse oversight.Manage and monitor online customer returns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive omnichannel product offering and unified messaging.Drive ecommerce sales through effective data-driven merchandising strategies Manage & lead seasonal ecommerce product shoots, ensuring deliverables align with brand timelines and brand standards.Ownership of seasonal product copywriting.
Prepare and despatch seasonal assets to global markets.Conduct regular site maintenance checks to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Implement SEO strategies to optimize content and technical site components for enhanced search visibility and performance.Oversee online customer service, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.Identify opportunities to enhance the digital customer journey, improving engagement and satisfaction.Track, report and present results to management.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve business goals.Work closely with the Head of Global Marketing & Digital to support projects.Maintain thorough ongoing knowledge of the competitive environment.Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in line with global strategy.Assist with various ad hoc tasks as needed.Key Requirements At least 3+ years professional experience in ecommerce.Luxury and fashion industry experience is an advantage.Knowledge of Shopify Plus & Google Analytics – essential.Experience with Searchspring, Loop Returns, Foursixty, Klaviyo and AP21 is favourable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of online customer behaviour and trends.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.Organized, self-starter, collaborative, team player.Flexibility and willingness to pivot based on business needs.Microsoft OfficeThe role joins a tight knit team of brand professionals in a business that values creativity, ideas and effort.
