Job DescriptionAbout the role Due to continued growth in our Perth team, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader who will be responsible for:
Leading and coaching a team of ConsultantsOverseeing the team's performance and qualityExploring new opportunities and growth areasMentoring and training junior staff membersProviding advice and coaching on case management practices, whilst also managing a case load of your own.Identifying Return To Work barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring those programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.QualificationsWhat you'll bring to the role: Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic or Rehab CounsellingCurrent Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for workExperience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislationProven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employeesEvidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessmentsAbility to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referralsProven organisation and time management skills.Additional InformationWhat we offer you Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office – you set your scheduleLearn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning teamMultiple career pathways and professional development opportunities – 90% of our leadership team have been promoted from withinGenerous financial incentives program to reward you for your impactPurchase additional annual leavePaid parental leaveAdditional employer benefits package including salary sacrificing, fitness passport, novated leasing, Star Finder referral program and so much moreAt WorkFocus, we get people well and working.
