Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) Full time We are seeking a Senior IT Developer to join our team.
This role maintains related technologies that integrate with or otherwise rely on both Dynamics and in-house systems.
As a Senior IT Developer at Five Group, you will lead or play an important part in growing the capability of these platforms, making recommendations for future upgrades in line with the Five Group's architecture principles and technology roadmap, as well as designing and implementing changes to the platforms.
Who are we? Five Group is the parent entity for a group of subsidiary professional services in the building and construction environment, including engineering, surveying and architectural drafting companies across Australia and South-East Asia.

Key Responsibilities of the position: Maintain, support, upgrade and evolve both the Dynamics CRM Platform and PowerApps applications (job management applications), the client portals and business tools, along with their associated integrations.Demonstrate a clear understanding of stated requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Work with system architect and IT Developers to design and deliver effective solutions.Maintain and enhance existing solutions to uphold and improve system functionality.Provide third level response to IT support tickets via prescribed support channels.Work within structured project management, development management and service delivery frameworks to meet agreed deadlines.Engage and collaborate with other staff and vendors on a day-to-day basis with respect to system issues and changes.Assist in resolving escalated issues, suggest upgrades, maintain documentation.Pursue IT knowledge enhancement, and implement changes outside regular business hours.Who we're looking for? Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Canvas Apps and PowerApps Component Framework.Relevant IT qualification or 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.Previous experience administering and managing the Dynamics and Azure platforms.Experience with GIT repositories and understanding of DevOps and CI/CD.Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with initiative to "dig" into the technical and make suggestions to remediate.Excellent face-to-face and written communication skills, in both a technical and non-technical manner.Demonstrated teamwork skills, as will be working with other developers, project managers and business analysts.Personal organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to growth and learning.Comfortable to use headless Linux (Debian) environments using SSH and FTP.Experienced or comfortable in reading, coding and/or translating PHP.An understanding of ITIL concepts.Experience with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence).Certification: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.What you'll get working at the Five Group Working with the Five Group means you're able to access a wide range of employee benefits including:
