Your Role as Front Office Coordinator You will be the first point of contact for our patients, making a lasting impression and ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and cared for.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Greeting and Assisting Patients : Create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients.Appointment Scheduling : Efficiently manage the appointment calendar to meet patients' needs and support clinic flow.Handling Inquiries : Answer phone calls, emails, and questions in a friendly, professional manner.Patient Education : Explain dental procedures, treatment plans, and payment options clearly and compassionately.Billing and Payments : Process payments, manage insurance claims, and handle basic financial transactions.Team Support : Assist the Dentists and clinical team by coordinating treatment plans and follow-ups.Converting Leads : Support the conversion of new inquiries into long-term patients by delivering exceptional service.What We're Looking For : A positive attitude and a willingness to learn — no prior Dental experience is requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills : Ability to connect with patients and colleagues professionally.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning new systems and software.A team player who is reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic.We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed.
