BestaCare Disability Support Services is seeking experienced, compassionate and skilled NDIS Support Workers to join our dedicated team. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in providing quality care and support to people with disabilities, ensuring they achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobilityDevelop and implement individual care plans in line with NDIS goalsProvide emotional support and promote client independenceCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and support teamsEssential Criteria: Experience working with NDIS participants 2+ yearsCurrent Driver's licenseCapable of cleaning and cookingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCurrent First Aid and CPR certificateNDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children CheckBenefits: Competitive pay ratesOngoing training and professional developmentFlexible working hoursSupportive team environmentJoin BestaCare and make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.
