About the Role Join CFA's Core Learning Team to drive operational learning and strengthen volunteer capabilities across the Region.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement district training plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives and needs.Coordinate training delivery, resources, and assessment schedules across districts.Validate training goals with committees and support brigade capability through annual reviews.Prepare reports, analyse training performance, and ensure evaluations are monitored.Manage instructor utilisation, training records, and compliance with standards.Supervise administration staff and oversee learning management systems.Maintain and update training resources and ensure materials meet AQTF and RTO requirements.Provide data, insights, and support to enhance learning outcomes and compliance.About You: Experience in learning and development, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for supporting volunteer capability.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent and an understanding of RTO arrangements, standards, and environment.Well-developed written communication skills to develop reports & correspondence and to convey training information and objectives to internal & external customers.Proven administrative skills and experience including word processing, spreadsheets, and ability to utilise various enterprise-wide systems and applications.A contemporary understanding of competency-based learning & development business practices.Proven ability to manage numerous, varied, and concurrent projects within budget, quality, and time parameters.Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a (virtual) team.Why choose CFA Meaningful Purpose: Your contribution truly makes a difference.Work-Life Balance: Paid parental leave, generous leave provisions.Growth Opportunities: Learning and development.Flexibility: Hybrid work options with flexible work arrangements.Discounts: Emergency Memberlink discounts on various services.Wellbeing Focus: Healthy for Life programs, flu vaccinations.Member Assistance Program: Access support across 8 service pathways.Your Application Click the 'apply' button to access our online application form.
