The Opportunity As a critical member of the Quality team, the Systems Coordinator will:
Ensure Quality Management systems are maintained and updated as required.Lead the consumer and customer relations team.Lead and coordinate QMS transition to ileader system.Support sales with required documentation for export and domestic requirements.Manage Audit program coordination for retailer and GFSI standards.Represent Quality in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Standardise and enhance QA procedures, processes, and systems.Ensure compliance through QMS framework maintenance and audits.Monitor Quality Performance and manage corrective actions.Oversee specifications and Master Data management.What you'll bring Australian import and export legislation knowledge, South East Asia importing country requirements, ACCC requirements and application, and exposure to USFDA requirements.Tertiary education in science, engineering, computer science or quality disciplines and demonstrated experience.High level of knowledge and experience with quality systems, HACCP and auditing.Experience in change management.Understanding of proven RCA processes, NCR and complaint management processes.Knowledge of specification systems.Ability to understand and interpret technical and official documents.Experience and capability to drive change.External audit experience and sound knowledge of SQF, CFMSR, WQA, FSC and similar standards.Why Noumi?
