Continuous technical development in line with expanding opportunities and capability within the sector, innovation, and ongoing personal professional development.Design Manager and/or Consultant Representative for active Defence projects.
These roles would include management of both internal and/or sub-consultant teams.Maintaining and building upon our existing Defence client network to secure opportunities.Ability to manage multiple projects of varying technical requirements, CAPEX values, and phases of the project lifecycle at one time.Capability to undertake feasibility assessments of works to ensure project scope and budget are understood and sufficient prior to project engagement.Experience writing and reviewing scope of works, project reporting, and other technical documentation.About Us Lucid is one of Australia's fastest-growing national engineering and advisory practices with over 300 staff across offices in Melbourne, Adelaide, Alice Springs, Canberra, Darwin, Brisbane, Perth, and Sydney.
