Here at Inspirations Paint Parafield, we are a family-owned business that promotes a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Our Inspirations Paint Parafield Spray Centre currently has 1 x Spray Centre Technician / Mechanic (experienced) full-time position available.
Our Service Spray Centre was created in 2021 and due to its continued growth, we have an opportunity available in our workshop for someone experienced as a mechanic/technician, in the areas of equipment service, maintenance, and repair.
Full training and support will be provided as these are unique and specialised services.
Skills & Experience
Ability to liaise with internal and external customers Ability to communicate with suppliers and prepare paperwork Ability to maintain stock of parts Ability to perform routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and equipment repairs on a range of spray equipment Component change-outs and repairs Use technical manuals to determine required replacement parts and assemble tools based on manufacturer's guidelines Negotiable remuneration package for the right candidate is on offer based on experience Long term career growth and development opportunities You will have the opportunity to work on Electric / Petrol / Battery Operated Hand Pumps; High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) Pumps; Line lasers and other paint spray equipment.

Each store is a franchise run independently by the store owner.
The franchisor is Inspirations Paint Store (Holdings) Ltd, an unlisted public company whose shareholders are the franchisees themselves.
Therefore the national office exists to service the franchisees and to grow the business through continual improvement in the areas of marketing, finance, administration, operations, and business strategy.
