Your role We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Selleys manufacturing facility in Padstow.
This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of the site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity.
As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will be accountable for the preventive and corrective maintenance programs, managing the site's overall safety, and optimizing efficiencies across the facility.
You will oversee key aspects of the budget, quality control, and safety standards to support the Selleys business's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities Plan and resource site maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and systems across the facility.
Support and guide the maintenance team in optimizing machinery safety and efficiency, ensuring peak operational performance.
Mentor and motivate both day and afternoon shift fitters and electricians to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
Troubleshoot and provide hands-on support to the team in resolving breakdown repairs promptly, minimizing downtime.
Manage and monitor the site maintenance budget, ensuring costs remain within financial parameters while maintaining quality.

Strong experience with LEAN manufacturing projects, driving process improvements and efficiency.
Proficiency with computers and CMMS systems, ideally MEX.
