Manager Position

Join our team as a Manager and be part of our dynamic and growing restaurant. Your role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. We're looking for a motivated and experienced leader who can effectively manage all aspects of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and improve overall efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial reporting.
