Schiavello provides top-end designer workplace furniture and fit-out solutions to leading global brands.About you:We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow by being a key supporting member of our talented team. A seamless client experience is a team effort; our Team Administrators help ensure everything is prepared, aligned, and administrated correctly for our tenders and closed deals.About the role:As part of an existing, well-established team, under the guidance of a highly experienced State Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the WA team by:Effectively providing administrative assistance and support to the sales team to ensure the timely completion of high-quality project submissions and tenders;Preparation and submission of tenders, expressions of interest, and other client communication as required;Retaining and growing current relationships with clients and identifying prospective opportunities;Working with operational and sales teams to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met with a high level of customer service;Maintaining administrative support systems, processes, and sales resources as appropriate.To be successful in this role you will have:Previous experience within a customer-related role is highly desirable;Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to multi-task and a strong attention to detail;Intermediate digital literacy across Adobe, MS Office & other digital platforms;Completion of Year 12 secondary education as a minimum;A positive and can-do attitude.Please address the points listed above in your cover letter and submit your application with your resume via the 'Apply Now' button.Please note that due to high volumes of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
